Welcome to our beautiful country retreat in the heart of Chianti, a large historic stone house dating back to the early 1800s. The property is divided into four independent units, each offering total privacy with its own entrance and front door.

The house is spread over two floors:
- the ground floor has a kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace and a full bathroom with shower. The upper floor houses 3 double bedrooms and the second full bathroom with bathtub, connected by a convenient internal staircase.

The interiors display authentic Tuscan charm, with traditional terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and carefully preserved rustic details.

Guests can enjoy a beautiful shared swimming pool (17 m x 9 m), perfect for relaxing while admiring the breathtaking views of the valley. The property is completely secluded, accessible via a charming 600-meter white gravel road and surrounded by classic Chianti landscapes: olive groves, rolling hills and unspoiled nature.

Guest access
Guests have access to a beautiful shared pool (17 m x 9 m), ideal for relaxing while soaking in breathtaking views of the valley. The pool is surrounded by a lush green lawn, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The pool is deep and not suitable for unsupervised children. An outdoor shower is available next to the pool.

The pool is private and shared exclusively among the four houses on site.

The property is completely secluded, accessible via a lovely 600-meter-long private white gravel road, and surrounded by the picturesque landscapes of Chianti: olive groves, rolling hills, and unspoiled nature.

A 10-minute walk through the property leads to Lake Falgano, a natural swimming lake open to the public, offering yet another place to relax in nature

Other things to keep in mind
Le Colonne, a recently restored historic stone house in the heart of Chianti, will welcome guests starting May 1, 2025. Built in the early 1800s, the property has been carefully restored, preserving its authentic Tuscan charm and offering modern comforts.

📌 Note: The restoration was completed in December 2024, and new furniture will arrive in April 2025. As a result, photos of the interior are not yet available, but we will update the announcement as soon as possible.
